About Me


My name is Mike Pappas and I have a passion for cooking great BBQ.  I started cooking about 6 years ago and have studied and learned the different nuances of BBQ in each region of the United States (Texas, Carolina, Memphis and Kansas City).  I started making BBQ on a kamado-style cooker and have since added a custom-made smoker from Texas.  I would love to share my BBQ food with you and your family.
